Working on gas appliances without the right certification is illegal. Here's what we hold and why each one matters.

Gas Safe Registered

The legal requirement to work on gas appliances in the UK. Every engineer is individually registered and their ID can be verified online. Don't let anyone work on your gas supply who can't show this.
Fully Insured

Public liability and professional indemnity insurance on every job. If something goes wrong that's our fault, you're covered — and so are we to put it right.
CP12 Certified

Authorised to carry out and issue landlord gas safety certificates. Required by law for any rented property with gas appliances. We issue them same-day where possible.
Ongoing Manufacturer Training

Boiler technology changes. Our engineers attend regular training on current models from Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, and others — so we're not guessing on newer units.

Gas Safe Registered

Verified & certified

Gas Safe is the official UK register of gas engineers. It's a legal requirement — not a mark of quality, but a minimum legal standard that must be met before anyone works on gas in your home.

Before any engineer starts work, you have the right to ask for their Gas Safe ID card. It has their name, photo, and the appliances they're qualified to work on. We expect our customers to check it.

We price before we start

Every job is quoted upfront. We won't start work and then present a different number at the end. If the scope changes, we tell you before we proceed — not after.

Genuine manufacturer parts only

We don't use aftermarket substitutes to cut costs. If a part needs replacing, we use what the manufacturer specified. It costs more sometimes, but it's what holds up long-term.
