Cover starts 14 days after sign-up. The two-week wait is what allows us to keep prices low — without it, people would only sign up when the boiler was already broken. Once you're past day 14, callouts are unlimited.
Yes — all plans have a 12-month minimum term. There's a 14-day cooling-off period at the start with a full money-back guarantee. After 14 days, cancelling early means paying out the remaining months on your contract.
None. The monthly price is the only price you pay, no matter how many callouts you have. The only exception is full boiler replacement, which is a contribution toward a new unit on Premium.
We don't refuse cover based on age. We do book a first service to assess condition — if the boiler is genuinely beyond economic repair, we'll tell you straight rather than take payments on something we can't keep running. In that case Premium's replacement contribution helps with a new unit.
