Could your heating be running on sludge?
Sludge, rust and limescale build up inside heating pipework over years. The result: cold radiator bottoms, kettling boiler noise, and rising bills. A power flush clears the entire system in one visit.
A typical flush cuts heating bills by up to 25% and extends boiler life. We always recommend it before a new boiler install on an older system — installing onto sludge voids the warranty on most modern units.

Whole-system flush
Power-flushing machine connected, every radiator and pipe-run cycled until the water comes back clean.
Magnetic filter fitted
A MagnaClean or similar fitted to the return — captures iron oxide before it gets back into the boiler.
Inhibitor dosed
Fresh corrosion inhibitor added to the clean system — keeps it clean for years, not weeks.
Before/after report
Photos of the flushed water and a written record. Useful evidence for new boiler warranty registration.
